Beckhoff SDK Installation

For the compilation of the so called „Beckhoff Targets“ for different kinds of Beckhoff CPU’s with different operating systems it’s recommended to install the corresponding software libraries.

Installation files path:

\\mbntro2\Mechatronik\Beckhoff\SDKs

Note

If you don’t have access to the folder above and you are not able to get the used Visual Studio version, please consult your group leader.

Start the “Beckhoff HMI 600 V2.2 SDK MB modified.msi”.

  • Install the SDK to following folder: “C:\BeckhoffSDKs\Beckhoff_HMI_600”

Go into the folder “Beckhoff HMI 700 V1.01 SDK MB modified” and start the “Beckhoff HMI 700 V1.01 SDK MB modified.msi”.

  • Path: 
    \\mbntro2\Mechatronik\Beckhoff\SDKs\Beckhoff HMI 700 V1.01 SDK MB modified\

  • Install the SDK to following folder: “C:\BeckhoffSDKs\Beckhoff_HMI_700”

  • Install Visual Studio 2008 update for Windows Embedded Compact 7: 

    VS90SP1-KB2483802-x86.exe

  • Install Windows Embedded Compact 7 ATL Update for Visual Studio 2008 SP1: 
    VisualStudioDeviceWindowsEmbeddedCompact7.msi
