Quick Pack Setup

Two sd cards

Two sd cards are needed one for Raspberry Pi other for Controller

Setup for Controller

  • You will need sd card reader, most company laptops have them
  • plug the micro sd card into sd adapter and put it into sd card reader
  • Format the sd card, name it "sdd" for good measure, example below

  • Go to:
\\ni-srv-file1.ger.muehlbauer.de\DATA\Exchange\ZDIELANIE-SHARING\VEREJNE\QuickPack\MB1311_SSD
  • Copy the contets from MB1311_SSD to your sd card
  • After that it should be all good to go

Necessary tools

  • put second sd card into sd card reader
  • First get USBImageTool, go to:
\\ni-srv-file1.ger.muehlbauer.de\DATA\Exchange\ZDIELANIE-SHARING\VEREJNE\QuickPack\USBImageTool
  • preferably donwload contents of USBImageTool

Second get imagezip for, go to:

\\ni-srv-file1.ger.muehlbauer.de\DATA\Exchange\ZDIELANIE-SHARING\VEREJNE\QuickPack\Raspberry

You can download all files to your pc

All files needed are at:

\\ni-srv-file1.ger.muehlbauer.de\DATA\Exchange\ZDIELANIE-SHARING\VEREJNE\QuickPack

USB Image Tool

  • open USB Image Tool.exe
  • should look something like this

  • On the left it shows you external devices that are connected to your PC. If nothing is showing means that nothing is connected or there is connection issue try unplugging and plugging back your external device, or closing and again openning "USB Image tool.exe"
  • Select device, in your case micro sd, now the buttons on the bottom should be enabled, after that click on the button Restore

  • go to folder where there is QuickPack46T_Version_1.0.0.1.imz, to see the file you need to change file types, in bottom right, as shown below

  • select QuickPack46T_Version_1.0.0.1.imz

  • This should take some times, approximately 5-20 minutes

  • After that it should be finished
